Tabluey LeadLink is built for honest, relevant, business-to-business outreach. To keep the Platform safe and lawful for everyone, you agree to the following rules whenever you use it.
Use the Platform only to contact businesses through the contact details they have publicly published themselves (for example on their Google Maps business profile, website, or directory listing). Do not contact private individuals, consumers, or contacts scraped from private/closed sources.
Every message you send must offer something genuinely relevant to the recipient's business. "Relevance" is not a marketing word here — it is the legal basis ("legitimate interest") on which cold B2B outreach is permitted in most jurisdictions. If you cannot articulate why your offer is relevant to a specific business, do not contact them.
Use your real name, your real business name, and a real reply-to address. Do not impersonate other people, brands, or government bodies. Do not use misleading "From" names or subject lines.
Every outreach message must include a clear, simple way to opt out (for example: "If you'd prefer I don't contact you again, just reply 'no thanks' and I won't"). You must honour every opt-out request promptly and never contact that business again.
You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam, data-protection, and telemarketing laws of your country and the recipient's country. Some jurisdictions (notably Germany, Austria, and Canada under CASL) have stricter rules — research them before sending into those markets.
Do not use the Platform to promote: fraud or scams, phishing, malware, illegal drugs or weapons, MLM/pyramid schemes, adult services, gambling where prohibited, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's jurisdiction.
No automated scraping of our own UI, no attempts to bypass rate limits or RLS policies, no reselling or sublicensing of the Platform without written permission, no reverse-engineering the connectors.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities. We may cooperate with regulators and email providers investigating abuse complaints linked to your account.
