Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") govern your participation in the Tabluey LeadLink Partners Program ("Program"). By joining the Program you accept these Partner Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
• You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your country of residence.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you earn.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Tabluey LeadLink may not earn commissions on their own personal subscriptions.

2. Commission structure

• You earn 50% of the first monthly subscription payment of every new paying customer who signs up through your unique referral link.
• The Program is single-tier. You earn only on customers you directly refer. You do not earn commissions on customers referred by partners you recruit.
• Commissions apply only to the first month of a paying subscription. They do not recur, and they do not apply to free trials, discounts, refunded payments, charged-back payments, or upgrades after the first month.
• A referral is attributed to the partner whose link was used most recently before sign-up.
• We may adjust the commission percentage, eligible plans, or payout rules with reasonable notice. Changes apply to commissions earned after the change date.

3. Payouts

• Commissions become payable after a 30-day clearance window from the customer's first payment, to allow for refunds and chargebacks.
• A minimum payout threshold may apply (default: USD 50). Balances below the threshold roll forward to the next payout cycle.
• Payouts are made through the payout method you configure in your partner dashboard. You are responsible for keeping payout details accurate.
• We are not liable for failed payouts caused by incorrect details, unsupported countries, or fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Promotion rules

You agree to promote Tabluey LeadLink honestly and ethically. You will:

• Only make claims about the product that are accurate and current.
• Disclose your partner relationship clearly wherever required by law (e.g. FTC, ASA) — for example "#ad", "affiliate link", or a clear on-page disclosure.
• Use only marketing assets we provide or content you create yourself. Do not impersonate Tabluey LeadLink, our staff, or our customers.

You will NOT:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages to promote the Program (this includes spam, scraped lists, or purchased lists).
• Bid on our brand name, trademarks, or close variants on paid search platforms.
• Make guaranteed income claims, "get rich quick" claims, or any statement that misrepresents how much money a typical partner earns.
• Use cashback, coupon, or incentive offers ("sign up and I'll send you $X back") without our prior written approval.
• Refer yourself, create fake accounts, use bots, stuff cookies, or otherwise manipulate tracking.
• Promote in jurisdictions where the Program or product is unlawful.

5. Earnings disclaimer

The Program is a real opportunity to earn commissions, but it is not a guarantee of any specific income. Most people who participate in affiliate programs earn little or no money. Your results depend on factors entirely within your own control, including the size and engagement of your audience, the effort you put in, the relevance of your promotion, and the conversion rate of the people you reach. Any figures shown on our website, calculators, or marketing pages are illustrations only and are not promises, projections, or representations of past or future earnings.

You are joining the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Partner Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship.

6. Tax responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income, sales, VAT, or similar taxes on commissions you receive. We may be required to collect tax-reporting information from you (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN in the US) before issuing payouts and to report payouts to tax authorities.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including violation of these Partner Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Upon termination, any commissions earned in good faith before termination will be paid out on the next normal payout cycle, subject to the clearance window and threshold. Commissions tied to fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reversed.

8. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logos, and marketing assets solely for promoting Tabluey LeadLink under the Program. You may not modify our marks, register confusingly similar domains, or use our brand in any way that could harm our reputation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with the Program is limited to commissions properly earned and unpaid at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the partner dashboard or by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
